Progression and Perk Cards Explained
A source-led overview of Halloween: The Game progression, customization, abilities, stats, and Perk Cards, with launch-day verification rules.
What does the official overview confirm?
The official progression overview describes four progression categories and includes challenges, customization, Michael abilities, Civilian stats, and Perk Cards. It is a system overview, so it should not be read as a complete table of values or a recommendation for the best build.
How to document a Perk Card
For every card, capture the displayed name, full effect text, trigger, duration, restrictions, unlock path, and the date of the test. Keep Michael and Civilian cards in separate tables if the client presents them separately.
Build advice at launch
Start with one card whose effect you can clearly observe. Change only one part of the loadout at a time and repeat the same objective. Avoid a tier list until the sample includes more than one map, role, and patch.
What is still pending?
Exact card values, rarity rules, stacking behavior, unlock costs, and the strongest loadouts require live verification. This page will be updated when those checks are reproducible.
